The Center on Rural Innovation partnered with Springfield photographer Kimberly Hargis for the second installment of our “Portraits of a community” series. Our first stop in the project was Taos, New Mexico. These stories are meant to shine a light on the people who make up the unique ecosystems within CORI’s Rural Innovation Network, which connects rural leaders and advocates around the country to accelerate their learning and amplify their work on the ground.
