2025 RIN Summit FAQ's

Hotel Downstreet

Free parking is available at the hotel.

  • The opening reception on Monday night will take place at MASS MoCA 1040 MASS MoCA Way
    North Adams, MA 01247
  • Tuesday’s Summit sessions will be held at Hotel Downstreet.

There are three airports within a reasonable distance of North Adams. However, rideshare services like Lyft and Uber may not be available for travel to or from the area. We recommend exploring shuttle services or renting a car, whichever option best fits your needs and budget.

  • 1 hour 15 minutes (48 miles) from Albany (NY) International Airport
  • 1 hour 45 minutes (94 miles) from Bradley (Hartford, CT) International Airport
  • 3 hours (140 miles) from Boston (MA) Logan International Airport

Our suggestion is that you limit the number of attendees from your community to ideally members of the core team that has worked or will be working with CORI. All Rural Innovation Network attendees will have complimentary access to the Rural Innovation Network Summit.

Please feel free to stay where it is comfortable for you. A limited number of discounted rooms are available through a room block at Downstreet Hotel, where the Summit is taking place. Please note that this block is available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be released on August 8th.

Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations, payments, and cancellations, if necessary.

No. As a Rural Innovation Network member, you will have free access to all scheduled events.

No. Your Summit registration will serve as your conference registration.  Please let us know if you will be attending!

Dress code is business casual.
