Delta Circles is also home to the Eliza Miller Opportunity Hub, a redeveloped, community-focused space featuring a state-of-the-art 3D printing lab, gaming room, conference facilities, coding resources, a hydroponics system, and more. The Hub connects residents of Phillips County and surrounding areas with cutting-edge technology, linking digital skills to entrepreneurship training and fostering a long-term ecosystem for innovation in the region.
