Andrew is a seasoned technology and innovation leader with deep experience at the intersection of public policy, emerging technology, and AI-driven transformation. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at SandboxAQ, a company advancing AI and quantum solutions, and has previously led technology policy and strategy roles, including Deputy Chief Technology Officer of the United States and Head of Global Public Policy at Google. McLaughlin is also a co-founder of Higher Ground Labs, a tech venture accelerator, and serves on multiple boards, driving digital innovation and governance. His career spans entrepreneurship, technology leadership, and advisory roles focused on scaling AI solutions and shaping future-ready technology ecosystems.

Will is a product and technology leader with deep experience driving AI-enabled innovation in B2B SaaS. He served as Director of Product Management and Head of New Product Integration at Clari, where he helped build and launch AI-powered revenue tools and generative features that transform how teams work. After eight years at Clari, he co-founded Stealth Startup, his next venture, bringing his passion for leveraging advanced technology and AI to solve real business problems and reimagine work for the future.

Jacob is an entrepreneur and investor working primarily in digital infrastructure, sustainability, AI, and open source. He was a co-founder of a venture-backed startup, Packet, which was acquired by Equinix in 2020. Previous career chapters included roles in nonprofit management, digital marketing, and as a performing classical musician. He serves on CORI’s Board of Directors and numerous other boards. Originally from California, Jacob now lives with his family in southern Vermont.
